With the school year at an end, the Cherokee County Sheriff's Office would like to remind residents to use caution, especially while driving near areas where children frequent, such as parks, playgrounds and swimming pools.

In their excitement to begin and enjoy their summer break, children may not always watch for oncoming traffic.

The sheriff's office wants to insure that this is a safe summer for Cherokee County kids.
