Information Sought in Stolen Vehicle Case

Investigators Attempt to Identify Individuals

 

The Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office is seeking information on suspects believed to be involved in the theft of two vehicles on the night of December 27, 2015, southeast of Columbus.

On January 1st, 2016, one of the vehicles was recovered at Wal-Mart in Miami, Oklahoma.

The second vehicle, a 1994 Chevy single cab truck, silver in color, remains missing.  The vehicle has a “Hearbeat of America” sticker on the back glass, a teal stripe running along the bottom and a front license plate with “KHM” on it.

Anyone with information about the individuals in the photographs are encouraged to contact the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office Investigative Division at 620-429-3992, 620-848-3000 or by texting “Tip Cherokee” (without quotations) followed by the information, to the number 888777.
